I watched Oprah just to see what the slant was going to be. I must say that her guest has no education in any of this which puts a red flag up for me. I am sticking with my meat, chicken and fish along with all good vegetables and fruits and am going to enjoy life. When I need to lose weight I will just do it by reducing calories, not food groups!
