THNX for the support – with Sommers last week and this this week – I was frustrated with the ‘celebrity’ status. God gave us all this food to enjoy – states plainly that it is all good!! Just need to enjoy what God has given and GIVE THNX!!!

Nice post! I watched Oprah just to see what the slant was going to be. I must say that her guest has no education in any of this which puts a red flag up for me. I am sticking with my meat, chicken and fish along with all good vegetables and fruits and am going to enjoy life. When I need to lose weight I will just do it by reducing calories, not food groups!
